When splitting costs evenly per room, the total monthly amount to pay is £0.

When applying a premium for shared rooms, the total monthly amount for a shared room is £0.

That means the total amount to pay for a solo room is £0.

Estimates only. "Per room" splits the total equally across bedrooms (a shared room's occupants divide that room's share between them). The premium option charges each shared room a set percentage above the per-room figure and reduces solo rooms by the same amount.
